Refund & Return Policy

Our refund policy covers a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund for an incorrect choice. However, at our discretion, we may provide an exchange, an alternative item, a repair (under warranty if applicable, or at your expense if not), or a credit note for use on future purchases in our shop.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all included accessories.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (copies accepted) is required.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer unless the product is from one of our brands, such as Fitness Audio, Aeromic, or EMic. We will coordinate the return process with you.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for refund claims where a replacement item is not acceptable.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post officially.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless deemed "not fit for purpose."


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transit. For exchanges, email us at asia@fitnessaudio.com.au and send your item to the return address provided.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a credit note for the return value will be emailed to you upon receiving the returned item.
  • If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves and gave it to you later, the credit note will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
