The Aeromic 2-Year No Sweat Warranty*

Starting with serial number 65000, all Aeromics and Cyclemics purchased and used in Australia are covered by our 2-Year "No Sweat" Warranty. International distributors may choose to extend this offer to their customers for microphones purchased after April 1, 2006.

The Aeromic and Cyclemic headworn microphones are guaranteed for two years against sweat damage to the capsule, frame, and cable, provided the following conditions are met:

1. There are no signs of physical damage to the capsule, frame, or cable.
2. The microphone is not used for more than seven classes or a maximum of seven hours per day, and continuous use does not exceed two-hour blocks. Allowing 45 to 60 minutes of drying time between classes is recommended.

Additionally, the connectors we use (Switchcraft TA3F, TA4F, Hirose HRS4F, and Switchcraft TRS) are only covered by the two-year warranty if they are treated with a protective coating of our eGloop anti-corrosion electrical grease. This responsibility lies with the local distributor. Please check your connector and consult your supplier if it does not appear to have a thin coating of eGloop grease.

Fitness Audio Transmitters 2-Year No Sweat Warranty*

All Fitness Audio Wireless Transmitters feature circuit boards coated with a corrosion-inhibiting lacquer designed to protect against sweat damage for two years.

The panel plugs used (Switchcraft TB3M and TB4M) are only covered by this warranty if treated with eGloop anti-corrosion grease. It is the responsibility of the local distributor to ensure that the transmitter's panel plug is properly greased, along with the battery contacts (to prevent tarnishing) and, in high-humidity areas, the on/off switch.

To ensure compliance, distributors or dealers may pre-apply eGloop grease, assemble the microphone and transmitter to spread the grease across the pins and sockets, and notify customers upon delivery. The 2-Year Warranty must also be recorded on the sales invoice with the transmitter's serial number.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as physical damage to panel plugs, connecting cables, broken battery tags, case covers, on/off switches, or power LED failures unrelated to sweat damage. These issues are relatively simple and inexpensive to repair.

If a sweat-related fault occurs within two years of the purchase date, your supplier will arrange for a free repair or replacement, at their discretion, upon providing proof of purchase.

Fitness Audio Wireless Receivers and Power Supplies are covered by a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
